Workers’ rights in the digital age

The rise of contract work has eroded hard-won worker protections and returned working conditions to what they were at the start of the Industrial Revolution. In this speech at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, I explain why this happened and how we re-introduce labor as a meaningful voice in management decisions.
